Shop Policies
- Turn around time (TAT) is 2-3 Weeks. I work Monday - Friday on orders and I'm available 8-3pm est. Excluding holidays if they fall during the week. The only exception is unless otherwise stated in the description of the item.
- Supply orders are placed on Tuesdays and Fridays, so please plan accordingly to your needs.
- I do not accept Cancelations, if there's an issue please reach out.
- I only accept refunds due to a manufacture defect.
- All items are one of a kind and products may vary slightly from each other and from photos listed.
- Dyed and hand colored shirts occasionally feel stiff until they are washed. Once washed a few times, the fabric will relax and be soft again. Please see care instructions if needed.
- Not currently offering custom items. Listing will become available when I am. Custom items are sold as is and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- By me altering the item, it could become susceptible to rips, tears, holes or discoloration. Because of the altered nature of these items, I do not offer refunds or exchanges unless it is clearly a manufacturer defect.
- Altered items can include but not limited to, vinyl/screen/sublimation print, painted, dyed, bleached, distressed, cut or burned.
- Once item has shipped, tracking will automatically update and it is out of my control. If you have your item is lost or damaged, please reach out to the email below. Otherwise, please contact your local postmaster.
- I will no be answering Personal PM's on Facebook or Text messages that are business related. Please contact Blissfully Handmade's Business Facebook Page or email at Blissfullyhandmadeusa@gmail.com
- All of my business related accounts & apps will be on a business device and not on my personal. Reply may be delayed.
